• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying new features for farm management software platforms.
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
• Troubleshooting and debugging software issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Contributing to the improvement of development processes and tools.
• Developing APIs and integrations with other agricultural data systems and hardware.
• Ensuring the scalability and performance of the software solutions.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices in software development and AgTech.
• Documenting software designs, code, and user guides.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) and associated frameworks.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, No

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in the agricultural sector and farm management practices.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a hybrid environment.
