Full Stack Software Engineer

Our client, a rapidly expanding technology firm specializing in cloud-based solutions, is seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join their innovative team in Centurion, Gauteng, ZA . This role is integral to the development and enhancement of our client's flagship product suite, offering challenging projects and opportunities for significant professional growth. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

The position offers a fully Remote work arrangement, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Develop and implement efficient frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Build and manage APIs, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices in software engineering.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical requirements.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making processes.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in both backend (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and frontend (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) development.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and No

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially in a Remote setting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
