• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, hardware engineers, and system architects to define software specifications and roadmaps.
• Ensure adherence to automotive software standards (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO 26262) and best practices.
• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and modern development tools and techniques.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure high code quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or team lead role within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex software systems, preferably for embedded automotive applications (e.g., infotainment, ADAS, connectivity).
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, and experience with relevant frameworks and tools.
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet) and standards like AUTOSAR.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
