We’re hiring a Member of Technical Staff to work with leading AI labs in San Francisco. We’re looking for someone with a background as a Strategic Solutions Architect or Engineer. You’re a technical subject‑matter expert who can build relationships with Product and Engineering stakeholders and navigate a large AI lab.

You’ll lead relationships with top AI labs and serve as the company’s quarterback, driving the following engagement model:

• Account Mapping and Relationship Building
  - Identify the key relationships the company needs to build across Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations teams at AI labs.
• Lunch and Learns/Tech Talks/Technical Enablement
  - Lead onsite tech talks, lunch and learns, and technical enablement sessions to educate AI labs about the company and its roadmap.
• Co-build (product integration):
  Build integrations and joint solutions in collaboration with the company’s Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization.
• Developer Relations (Dev Rel):
  Work with AI labs to create content—including blogs, docs, videos, and live streams—and run in‑person community events and hackathons.
• Quarterly Technical Reviews:
  Lead quarterly reviews with each lab to discuss highlights, adoption metrics, what’s working and what isn’t, key product initiatives, and alignment with technical resources.

As the Quarterback for the AI labs end-to-end — you’ll work from technical scoping and launch through post‑launch growth — working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Data to ensure the company drives real business outcomes with top AI labs

This is a high‑visibility senior IC role with direct impact on product adoption and ecosystem expansion.

This is a build and scale member of technical staff role. You’ll be expected to operate with a lot of ownership and little process at the start. If you enjoy writing the playbook and running it in‑market, this role will be a good fit.

• 8+ years of experience in technical roles as a Strategic Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer or Product Management
• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and modern data / infra stacks
• Demonstrated experience shipping integrations and growing them post‑launch
• Experience using AI and vibe coding tools in conjunction with the company
• Clear, concise communicator who can align Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Highly organized operator who can build programs from scratch and iterate quickly
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity in a fast‑moving, open‑source‑first environment
• Data‑driven and outcome‑oriented
• Startup experience is a plus
