Eliassen Group is seeking an API Platform Engineer for a remote, contract engagement to modernize APIs using Layer7 API Gateway and Java Spring Boot microservices. You will analyze existing integrations and migrate gateway functionality from Mule Soft to Layer7 in an Agile environment.
This role requires 7+ years of software engineering, 3+ years with Layer7, and strong RESTful API, security (OAuth2/OpenID/JWT/mTLS) and CI/CD experience. W2 benefits are provided; pay is $56–66/hr.
