- Build quality and safety mechanisms with tracing, evaluation suites, and guardrails before production.
- Scale AI automation across teams through documentation, onboarding, and measurable adoption.
- Evolve the Internal Developer Platform using Backstage, Port, or similar tools.
- 5+ years in Software/Platform engineering or Dev Ops, plus 1+ year building AI agents.
- Hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD, and a platform-as-a-product mindset.
