Accountabilities

Design, develop, maintain, and scale reliable backend APIs to support business and product requirements.
Build and manage integrations with third-party APIs and external services.
Lead backend infrastructure management and Dev Ops activities using AWS, ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability.
Design and deploy cloud-based systems capable of supporting operations across multiple geographies.
Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
Contribute to the growth and development of the technology team across Dev Ops, quality assurance, and software engineering.
Establish and improve quality assurance, testing, and analytics frameworks to strengthen product quality and system performance.
Take ownership of backend architecture and infrastructure decisions, helping shape the technical foundations for future growth.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of professional experience in backend engineering, systems development, or a related technical role.
Strong proficiency in Python for backend development, including designing and maintaining scalable services and APIs.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB or comparable No

SQL database technologies.
Practical experience with AWS cloud services, backend infrastructure management, and Dev Ops practices.
Proven ability to build, deploy, and maintain backend systems, with experience developing systems from scratch considered a strong advantage.
