We're currently hiring Senior Software Engineers with a strong background in scalable backend development to join our global product engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on our data backup and recovery platform, a core part of our SaaS backup offering. In this role, you'll focus on delivering robust features across backup, archive, restore, and download services used by our partners worldwide.

You’ll be collaborating closely with our highly skilled Software Engineers, Data Engineer and Technical Leads, who are located in the USA and Asia, contributing to new feature development, product enhancements, and ongoing support for our production systems.

We create and deliver mission critical services to enable Ninja One’s customers to administer, protect and maintain millions of endpoints and servers. You will have the opportunity to design and develop high-availability mission critical software systems that support our worldwide operations.

Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA,
* IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, OH, TN, TX, VA, and WA. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL, if you prefer a hybrid option.

Java and Kotlin Software Development– use your expertise to contribute to the development of large-scale software applications. Make quality an invariant part of your work and help your fellow engineers continue to meet our quality-first standards.

Collaborating with the engineering team in USA and Asia (Singapore and Indonesia) – work with scrum teams that are located in multiple geographies to drive the product roadmap. Owning design and architecture by working closely with the Ninja One technology leadership team in the USA and mentor the global team to adhere and implement scalable solutions.

Committing Code and Shipping Products – you will be one of our most trusted engineers committing code. Responsible for implementing design patterns and working on enterprise level software challenges, in a startup environment. Impact product more hands on than at other companies, building software of scale that runs on millions and millions of endpoints.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years experience in Java software development for product applications or equivalent. Solid expertise in Kotlin will make you a standout candidate.
