Software Engineer, Cloud Engineer - Software, Backend Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions that power critical business applications and customer-facing products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software while contributing to technical innovation and continuous improvement.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located within the United States.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and production incidents.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements when appropriate.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building and maintaining web applications, APIs, or distributed systems.
• Knowledge of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working with relational and/or No
  
  SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience working in a remote-first environment.
