Ester Health is building a next-generation health technology platform focused on skin health. We seek a Founding Skin Intelligence Engineer to own the long-term intelligence layer behind skin analysis, recommendations, and personalization. This role can be 100% remote or hybrid with some presence in our LA office.
You will define metrics, validation, and longitudinal learning frameworks, and build the proprietary systems that learn from scans, routines, product usage, and outcomes over time.
