UX Engineer

Python Programming (Expert), Agent Authoring and Testing (Advanced), GUI Development (Intermediate), LLM Prompt Engineering (Advanced), LLM Evaluation Tooling (Intermediate)

• Pay Range: $70 - $80 per hour

This role involves developing AI-powered tools to support the creation and evaluation of agent skills and prompts. You will build user-friendly interfaces and infrastructure that empower both technical and non-technical users to improve AI effectiveness and safety. The position requires a strong focus on user-centered design and seamless integration with existing systems.

• Create tools for evaluating agent skills, prompts, and model outputs.
• Develop a system to guide users in crafting effective and compliant agent skills.
• Transform LLM directives into a comprehensive suite of actionable skills.
• Move an AI-powered support tool for UX writers into a production environment.
• Design user-centered processes with built-in support and validation.

• Proficiency in Python Programming
• Experience with authoring and testing agent skills.
• Experience in developing tools and processes with a user-centered mindset, particularly for non-technical individuals.
