• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable game development pipelines for art, programming, and design.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency and asset integration.
• Develop and manage custom tools and scripts (e.g., Python, C#) to automate processes and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with leads across various departments to understand their technical needs and challenges.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and software solutions to enhance the development pipeline.
• Ensure seamless integration between different software packages and game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Game Design, or a related technical field; or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in game development, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or pipeline role.
• Proven experience in designing and managing complex game development pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, C#, or MEL.
• Deep understanding of game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity and their respective toolsets.
