• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-availability Fin Tech platform services.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.
• Proven experience in architecting and building complex, scalable distributed systems.
• Expertise in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C++).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
