Remote AI Research Engineer - Reinforcement Learning

• Conduct cutting-edge research in Reinforcement Learning algorithms and techniques.
• Develop, implement, and test novel RL agents and environments using frameworks like Python, Tensor Flow, or PyTorch.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate the performance and scalability of RL algorithms.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team of researchers and engineers.
• Publish research findings in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
• Optimize algorithms for efficiency and performance on large-scale simulations or real-world systems.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in RL and related fields like deep learning and optimal control.
• Contribute to the development of open-source RL libraries and tools.
• Analyze experimental results and provide clear, actionable insights.

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
• Proven research experience in Reinforcement Learning, demonstrated through publications or significant open-source contributions.
• Strong theoretical foundation in RL concepts (e.g., Q-learning, Policy Gradients, Actor-Critic methods, Deep RL).
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
• Experience with simulation environments (e.g., OpenAI Gym, Mu Jo Co , PyBullet).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with distributed computing and large-scale experimentation is a plus.
