• Implement and enhance Service Now HRSD, including HR case management, Employee Center, employee workflows, and lifecycle events.
• Develop SPM solutions supporting demand management, project management, portfolio management, and resource planning.
• Configure WSD capabilities for workplace requests, reservations, space management, and workplace operations.
• Design and develop custom scoped applications using App Engine, App Engine Studio, and Service Now Studio.
• Build automated workflows and system integrations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST APIs, and other Service Now integration capabilities.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply Service Now development best practices, emphasizing out-of-the-box capabilities, maintainability, performance, and platform scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests.
• Support Agile development activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, demonstrations, and releases.
• Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and application configuration records.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable DoD cybersecurity requirements and Government security policies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  
  Required Qualifications
  * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Service Now development experience.
• Strong development experience with Service Now App Engine and custom scoped applications.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine Studio, and Service Now Studio.
• Experience developing REST API integrations and integrating Service Now with external enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of Service Now platform architecture, data models, role-based access controls, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed technical teams.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
