We are looking for a Senior Developer Experience Engineer to join a Charlotte, NC team in a full-time hybrid role. This position focuses on Dev Ops, Azure Cloud, CI/CD, Linux, and AI tools, helping improve how engineering teams build, deploy, and deliver software.
This is a great opportunity for a technically curious engineer who wants to make a company-wide impact. You’ll help eliminate development friction, automate workflows, improve CI/CD, and introduce emerging AI technologies to engineering teams while working in a collaborative environment with strong flexibility and work-life balance.
Required Skills & Experience- Strong Dev Ops experience
- Azure Cloud experience
- Strong CI/CD and automated deployment experience
- Linux/Unix shell scripting
- Cloud architecture and design knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AI tools and developer copilots
- Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
- Git Hub or personal technical projects
- Participation in tech meetups or conferences
- Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn
- Improve developer workflows and internal engineering tools
- Build and optimize automated CI/CD processes
- Help engineering teams adopt new technologies
- Identify and eliminate development friction
- Champion Developer Experience initiatives
- Explore AI tools that improve developer productivity

Monday & Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in office - 10 Work-From-Anywhere days annually
