Ensisinfo Inc is looking for a talented SAP S/4 Technical Development Lead (Developer) to join our growing team in Marion, IA. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge SAP S/4

• Define and lead the overall development, integration, and extensibility strategy for the SAP S/4
  
  HANA program.
• Own end-to-end integration architecture and delivery approach across SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, external applications, legacy systems, and cloud platforms.
• Establish and govern integration standards (API-led, event-driven, file-based, middleware, real-time, batch).
• Lead the development strategy for custom applications, extensions, WRICEF objects, workflows, forms, reports, and interfaces while enforcing SAP Clean Core principles.
• Define development standards, coding guidelines, and reusable development frameworks across ABAP, BTP, Fiori, SAP Build, Integration Suite.
• Lead technical design reviews for custom developments and integrations.
• Oversee Dev Ops, transport management, source code management, CI/CD, and release management.
• Define testing strategies for integrations and custom developments.

• S/4 certification preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in Development.
• Knowledge in SAP Cloud ALM required.
