- Co-create product vision with the team and contribute technically to strategic decisions

- Ensure delivery quality through code reviews, refactoring and resolving code conflicts

- Diagnose and resolve critical problems in CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and promote continuous improvement of processes and architecture
- Strong .NET back-end development focused on performance and maintainability
- Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Git versioning strategies and complex conflict resolution
- Ability to diagnose critical CI/CD pipeline issues
- Designing scalable, secure APIs following OWASP standards
- Applied microservices architecture principles
- Practical use of AI tools such as Devin, Copilot and Claude
- Prior product co-creation experience with multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced knowledge of deployment strategies (blue-green, canary)
- Familiarity with integrations across multiple external systems and federated authentication
