Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve robust backend applications using Java, designing REST APIs and system integrations
- Actively drive adoption of AI solutions in flows and products

- Support multidisciplinary squads in solving complex software problems
- Monitor and optimize application performance in Cloud Native environments
- Solid Java 11+, Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem experience
- Practical microservices and RESTful API experience
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and concepts: RAG, BMAD, APM, Devin, Claude, Copilot, Hive
- Cloud ecosystem experience, preferably AWS
- Relational and No
SQL databases, plus messaging such as Kafka or RabbitMQ - Solid Docker, Kubernetes, Dev Ops and CI/CD practices
- Automated testing skills with JUnit and Mockito
