i9 Sports is the nation's first and largest youth sports league franchise business in the United States, with over 1 million registrations in more than 500 communities from New York to Hawaii. Founded in 2003 by Frank Fiume, the company operates youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics for kids ages 3-17 in sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball.

With a focus on fun, safety, convenience, and good sportsmanship, i9 Sports aims to reinvent the youth sports experience for families across the country.

What does your company do?

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for developing and promoting the i9 Sports brand identity to the community through guerilla and digital tactics. The primary function of this role is to recruit and educate potential customers about our programs and to build our membership/registration base.

• Building relationships & driving brand awareness with local business owners, community members, and schools
• Executing guerilla marketing strategies including road signs, flyers, and in-person events
• Executing digital marketing campaigns including advertising and social media
• Interacting with the public and educating them on the i9 Sports Experience
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
• Basic understanding of marketing and promotions
• Ability to work off-hours and weekends
