Summary of Position:
The Program Director works alongside the Franchise Owner to deliver top‑quality inclusive youth sports programs. The Program Director manages the day‑to‑day operation of the local sports franchise including partnership development, managing the coaching team, oversight of program delivery, and customer service. In their role, the Program Director ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated.

• Manage programs with current partners and expand programs with new partners
• Hire, train and supervise coaches, ensuring successful fulfillment of goals and objectives
• Develop and manage coach schedules and submit timesheets
• Oversee regional program equipment inventory
• Oversee the daily operation of youth sports programs
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and top‑quality customer service skills
• Adhere to all Inclyousion Sports policies, objectives, and rules

• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Highly motivated self‑starter; able to work independently and solve problems
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships
• Prior supervision experience preferred
• Maintains a high level of professionalism, patience, maturity, and dependability
• Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel to class locations as needed

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Prior experience working with and/or coaching children preferred

• $50,000–$60,000 per year salary
