What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating daily morning sessions that energize student‑athletes and set a focused tone for the day.
- Conducting 1:1 motivational coaching tied to academic achievement and personal development.
- Delivering life‑skills workshops through storytelling, guided reflection, and active coaching methods.
- Overseeing afternoon athletic training sessions that reinforce teamwork, resilience, and accountability.
- Monitoring student development and maintaining rigorous expectations for both mindset and performance outcomes.
- Former elite athletes with accomplishments at the highest tier—Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans.
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
- Demonstrated experience applying sport as a tool for mentoring and teaching life skills.
- Track record of motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional contexts.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate to or reside in Austin, TX.

Working with UsThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
