Role Responsibilities- Evaluate and score AI-generated commentary, reports, and tactical analyses across multiple sports.
- Assess the depth of sports knowledge, player understanding, and situational awareness in AI outputs.
- Identify factual inaccuracies, tactical misinterpretations, or tone/style mismatches in AI analyses.
- Evaluate how AI performance varies across sports categories and competition levels.
- Provide detailed written feedback highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with analysts and developers to enhance the AI’s accuracy and authenticity in sports coverage.
- Deep understanding of at least one major sport (basketball, soccer, cricket, football, baseball, or Formula
1). - Experience as a sports journalist, commentator, analyst, or former athlete/player.
- Ability to deconstruct and critique sports narratives, strategies, and statistical arguments.
- Excellent written English and ability to express nuanced sports insights clearly.
- Comfortable using digital evaluation platforms, spreadsheets, and online dashboards.

The Canadian Armed Forces Sports Coordinator will coordinate the delivery and operation of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Sports program, support other CAF Sports programs, interpret and apply CAF Sports policies, recommend corrective procedures, and provide technical advice on the organization and operation of the CAF sports program.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery and operation of the CAF Sports program.
- Support CAF Sports recognition program.
- Interpret, apply CAF Sports policies and recommend corrective procedures.
- Provide technical advice on organization and operation of the CAF sports program.
- College diploma in Sports Administration, Recreation Management, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in sports and recreation administration.
- Experience in planning and coordinating operations and delivery of regional/national sports programs.
- Experience in applying policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Experience in coordinating leagues, tournaments, and championships.
- Experience in planning and conducting presentations.
- Experience in managing work of volunteers.
- Experience in budget administration.
- Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership competencies.
- Required language proficiency:
Bilingual (English and French) – Essential;
Reading, Writing, Oral – Functional.
