This remote position targets former elite athletes who will mentor high‑potential student‑athletes. Your actual pay will be based on experience and skill, and you will work under an independent contractor agreement as a Contractor of Record.

$75.00/hr – $75.00/hr ($150,000/year). Full benefits + relocation support.

• Conduct daily morning kickoffs that motivate and prepare student‑athletes for the day.
• Facilitate 1:1 motivational sessions based on academic and personal development.
• Deliver life‑skill workshops through storytelling, reflection, and interactive coaching methods.
• Lead afternoon athletic practices designed to cultivate grit, teamwork, and accountability.
• Monitor student development and maintain high expectations for mindset and performance.

• Former elite athletes who have competed at the highest level of sport (Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes in NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL, or NCAA Division I All‑Americans).
• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Proven experience applying sport to mentor and coach life skills.
• Demonstrated motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional environments.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX.

Texas Sports Academy is where future champions excel in academics and athletics. It employs a K‑8 AI‑driven learning model that allows students to master core subjects in two hours a day while dedicating the rest of the day to athletic training, skill‑building, and personal development—all to build discipline, leadership, and resilience.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly. Consult  for more details.
