This hands‑on position involves leading daily motivational sessions, teaching life skills through athletic principles, and mentoring high‑potential student‑athletes using the discipline you've embodied throughout your career.

• Conducting daily morning kickoffs that motivate and prepare student‑athletes for the day
• Facilitating 1:1 motivational sessions based on academic and personal development
• Delivering life skill workshops through storytelling, reflection, and interactive coaching methods
• Leading afternoon athletic practices designed to cultivate grit, teamwork, and accountability
• Monitoring student development and maintaining high expectations for mindset and performance

• Former elite athletes who have competed at the highest level of sport — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All-Americans
• Bachelor's degree in any subject
• Proven experience applying sport to mentor and coach life skills
• Demonstrated motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional environments
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Willing to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. Consult  for more details on this topic.
