• Conduct daily morning sessions that set the tone and prepare student‑athletes for success.
• Deliver individualized motivational coaching centered on academic and personal development.
• Lead life‑skills workshops through storytelling, reflective exercises, and hands‑on mentorship.
• Oversee afternoon athletic training sessions designed to cultivate resilience, collaboration, and responsibility.
• Monitor student development and maintain rigorous expectations for attitude and achievement.

• Former elite competitors with experience at Olympian, World Champion, professional, or NCAA Division I All‑American level.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging athletics to guide and coach life skills.
• Track record of motivational leadership within athletic, educational, or professional environments.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to reside in or move to Austin, TX.

This is a full‑time, long‑term position (40 hours per week) and immediately available. The role is carried out as an independent contractor under Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
