In this hands‑on position, you will lead daily motivational sessions, teach life skills through athletic coaching, and mentor high‑potential student‑athletes using the same discipline that defined your career.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting daily morning sessions that inspire and prepare student‑athletes for the day
- Delivering one‑on‑one motivational coaching tied to academic and personal development
- Leading life skill workshops through storytelling, guided reflection, and active coaching methods
- Directing afternoon athletic training that reinforces grit, collaboration, and accountability
- Monitoring student development and maintaining rigorous standards for mindset and performance
- Former elite athletes who competed at the highest levels of sport — Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All‑Americans
- Bachelor's degree in any subject
- Demonstrated experience leveraging sport to mentor and develop life skills
- Proven track record of motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional contexts
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Willing to live in or relocate to Austin, TX

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
