Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional coaching/playing experience.
  • Experience working with youth athletes.
Responsibilities

As an Area Scouts Evaluator, you will:

  • Have a minimum of two (2) years experience in the sport you wish to work in.
  • Verify your experience/reputation via a 10‑20 minute interview process, if internal verification is not possible.
  • Pass a worldwide/national background check, upon acceptance into the program.
  • Complete the Area Scouts training prior to working with our athletes.
  • Maintain relationships and work with local and national sports organizations and facilities in or around your area.
  • Work with youth athletes of all ages, some currently onboard the Area Scouts platform and others interested in joining.
  • Ensure athletes under 16 have parental consent.
  • Make initial contact with athletes/parents when they onboard the platform.
  • Identify athletes' needs, maintain consistent contact, and assist as needed.
  • Direct athletes/parents to the development calendar to schedule evaluations.
  • Meet athletes/parents on the scheduled date, conduct the initial Area Scouts B.A.S.E. Evaluation and subsequent evaluations as requested.
  • Provide instructions and corrective measures through the Area Scouts Profile Dashboard or mobile application.
  • Work flexibly to accommodate business/athlete volume.
