The team includes sports medical professionals, Olympians, professional coaches, athletes, trainers, physical therapists, evaluators, and scouts, all committed to impacting youth athletes worldwide.

Position Type

Full Time or Part Time

Requirements

• 2+ years professional coaching or playing experience in the sport
• Experience working with youth athletes
• Pass a worldwide/national background check
• Complete Area Scouts training before working with athletes

Responsibilities

• Work with youth athletes in your territory, some already onboard and some interested in joining the platform
• Maintain relationships with local and national sports organizations and facilities
• Make initial contact with athletes/parents and identify athlete needs
• Direct athlete/parents to the development calendar for scheduling
• Conduct initial Area Scouts B.A.S.E. Evaluation and any subsequent evaluations
• Provide individualized instructions and corrective measures to keep athletes healthy and competitive
• Meet flexibility requirements for athlete volume and scheduling
