Salary Range: $4,000.00 – $9,080.00 (US Dollar)

Area Scouts is an Athlete Health Initiative Platform dedicated to athlete development. We employ a global team of sports professionals, including Olympians, coaches, medical experts, and educated scouts, to support youth athletes across a wide range of sports.

• 2+ years of professional coaching or playing experience in your chosen sport.
• Experience working with youth athletes.
• Valid background check clearance.
• Completion of Area Scouts training program.

• Work with youth athletes of all ages, both onboard the platform and prospective participants in your territory.
• Maintain relationships with local and national sports organizations and facilities.
• Make initial contacts with athletes and parents, guide them through the developmental calendar, and schedule evaluations.
• Conduct initial and subsequent Athlete B.A.S.E. evaluations in person.
• Provide athletes with individualized instructions and corrective measures through the Profile Dashboard or mobile application.
• Assist with ongoing contact and support to ensure athletes meet their development goals.

• Meet athletes and parents on scheduled evaluation dates.
• Adapt to varying business/athlete volumes by maintaining schedule flexibility.
