Today’s youth athletes are falling victim to injuries at an alarming rate, with most cases directly related to improper athlete development.

Over 32 million youth athlete injuries occur per year, 12 million end up in the emergency room, and the cost of healthcare exceeds $33 billion annually.

More than 47% of all youth athletes leave their sport due to significant injuries or lack of interest stemming from improper development.

We are expanding our team and seeking sports‑experienced, self‑motivated individuals with good character and integrity to fill roles in Baseball, Basketball, Softball, Football, Volleyball, Lacrosse, and upcoming sports.

Areas Scout roles include Sports Coaches, Instructors, Trainers, Physical Therapists, Licensed Athlete Evaluators, Assistant Evaluators, Advisors, and Scouts.

• Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the sport you wish to work in.
• Verify your experience/reputation via a 10–20 minute interview if we cannot verify internally.
• Pass a Worldwide/National Background Check upon acceptance.
• Complete the Area Scouts Training before working with athletes.

• Working with youth athletes of all ages, some currently onboard the platform and others interested in joining within your territory.
• Ensuring athletes under 16 receive parental consent.
• Maintaining relationships, and working with local and national sports organizations and facilities in or around your area or assigned by our Operations Team.

• Make initial contact with athletes/parents as they join the platform.
• Identify athlete needs, maintain contact, and assist as needed.
• Direct athlete/parents to the development calendar on the platform for scheduling.
• Adjust schedule as needed for business/athlete volume.
• Conduct initial B.A.S.E. Evaluation and subsequent evaluations requested upon scheduling.
• Provide individualized instructions or corrective measures via the profile dashboard or mobile app.

As an Area Scouts Representative, you work alongside our Sports Medicine & Performance Team, Professional Sports Advisors & Directors, and Operations Team.
