Join Texas Sports Academy as a full‑time, remote Sports Mentor where you will inspire, develop, and coach student‑athletes to achieve excellence in both academics and athletics.

$75.00/hr – $75.00/hr (equivalent to $150,000/year for 40 hours/week, 50 weeks/year)

• Conduct daily morning motivational sessions to prepare students for the day.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching focused on academic and personal development.

• Former elite athlete at the Olympian, World Champion, professional league, or NCAA Division I All‑American level.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience using sport to mentor and develop life skills.
• Track record of motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional settings.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to live in or relocate to Austin, TX.
