* This position requires Ministry Partner Development where the successful candidate will be required to build a team which provides financial and prayer support for salary and ministry expenses including benefits coverage.

The AIA Calgary HUB Director will work to fulfill the mission of Athletes in Action by assisting the Regional Director in the implementation of Action Camps, Action Clubs, and other community based sports initiatives within the greater Calgary HUB. A HUB is a specific geographic area in which several camp and/or club programs are located. They are to assist in the areas of: the maintaining and tracking of relationships with local churches and community sports groups;

the execution of camps and/or clubs programs and sports initiatives; provide the administrative support necessary to carry out an Action Club and Camp program.

As an AIA staff, you will attend the bi‑annual P2C Staff Conference and annual AIA Summit.
