• Hourly rate ranging from $22.00 to $25.00, dependent on experience

• Manage day-to-day operations of the gym facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
• Develop and implement a variety of recreational programs and activities
• Maintain equipment inventory and oversee cleaning and maintenance of gym facilities
• Foster positive relationships with camp residents to promote engagement and participation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols during all activities

• Completion of a college program in recreation, physical education, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in gym coordination or administration
• Previous experience in customer service or gym operations
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in diverse team environments
• Ability to manage competing priorities calmly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
