• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of clients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Develop personalized holistic wellness plans, incorporating nutrition, stress management, fitness, and mindfulness.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients through virtual sessions (video calls, phone, email).
• Educate clients on health principles, healthy habits, and self-care strategies.
• Monitor client progress, provide encouragement, and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to offer integrated support to clients.

• Certification or advanced degree in Wellness Coaching, Holistic Health, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Proven experience in coaching or counseling individuals on health and lifestyle changes.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, fitness, stress reduction techniques, and mental well-being practices.
• Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
• Proficiency with online meeting platforms and digital client management tools.
