About the Role
Our client is seeking a certified and experienced Holistic Wellness Coach for a fully remote, part-time position. This role focuses on guiding individuals towards improved physical, mental, and emotional well-being through personalized coaching programs. You will work with clients virtually to develop sustainable lifestyle changes, set achievable goals, and provide ongoing support and accountability. You will be integral to our client's mission of promoting accessible and comprehensive wellness solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of clients' wellness goals, lifestyle, and challenges.
- Develop personalized holistic wellness plans, integrating nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mindfulness.
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions via video conferencing, offering guidance, motivation, and accountability.
- Educate clients on health-promoting behaviors and sustainable habit formation.
- Monitor client progress, celebrate achievements, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in holistic health and coaching.
- Certification from a recognized holistic wellness coaching program.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing wellness coaching or related services.
- Proven ability to develop and implement personalized wellness plans.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and motivational skills.
- Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and digital communication tools.
- A deep understanding of mind-body connection and various wellness modalities.
