• Design, develop, and deliver engaging online courses and training materials for various water sports (e.g., surfing, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding).
• Provide one-on-one and group remote coaching sessions, offering expert feedback and guidance to participants of all skill levels.
• Create interactive digital content, including video tutorials, webinars, and educational resources.
• Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to aid skill development and achievement of learning objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster a vibrant and supportive online community of water sports enthusiasts.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and safety standards in the water sports industry.
• Collaborate with the content development team to continuously improve and update course offerings.
• Utilize and manage the company's Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital platforms effectively.
• Respond to participant inquiries and provide excellent customer support via digital channels.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by sharing expertise and engaging with potential clients online.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified instructor or coach in at least two major water sports disciplines.
• Recognized instructor certifications (e.g., ISA, RYA, ACA) are essential.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging online training content and digital resources.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging remote learners.
• Proficiency with online collaboration tools, video conferencing platforms, and Learning Management Systems.
• A strong understanding of water sports safety protocols and risk management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
