Job Summary

TS Tech Americas, Inc. (TSAM) is a leading global automotive tier one supplier with 72 locations in 14 countries. We have an immediate need for a Logistics Administrator in our Reynoldsburg, OH corporate office. Position Summary

The Logistics Administrator will coordinate and manage domestic and cross-border logistics activities across group companies, balancing daily operational execution with long-term cost reduction and standardization initiatives. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for routing and shipment issues, manages carrier relationships and invoicing, and drives continuous improvement projects to support efficiency, cost savings, and business plan objectives.

Qualifications / Essential Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Familiar with USMCA (NAFTA) requirements and import/export processes
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Primary Responsibilities Daily Logistics Coordination
  • Plan and execute daily inbound/outbound routing schedules, including milk runs, expedites, and special requests.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for routing emergencies (e.g., blowouts, mis‑shipments, paperwork recovery).
  • Coordinate holiday logistics schedules and communicate requirements with plants, suppliers, and carriers.
  • Monitor and manage shipments to domestic plants and cross-border locations (e.g., Mexico, Canada).
  • Consolidate routes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
  • Assist with RFQs for carriers and evaluate rate reduction opportunities.
  • Drive Kaizen and other cost‑down initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
Shipment Investigation & Resolution
  • Investigate and resolve mis‑shipments by reconciling pallet counts, reviewing supplier/plant documentation, or using warehouse monitoring systems.
  • Ensure timely recovery and delivery of parts to maintain production continuity.
  • Verify, reconcile, and approve carrier invoices, addressing discrepancies as needed.
  • Manage weekly invoicing for logistics activities.
  • Prepare month‑end accruals and maintain accurate shipment and cost records.
  • Work closely with plants, suppliers, carriers, and group company associates to align logistics activities.
  • Support the achievement of the business plan objectives and provide updates on open projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
  • It is an essential function of this position that the Associate be on the work site in person to perform their job duties throughout each scheduled work week. TSAM operates most effectively with the kind of teamwork, personal interaction, and supervision that cannot be achieved in a home office environment.
  • Environmental conditions - Open office environment. May be exposed to moderate noise levels.
  • Vocal Communication - Required to express or exchange ideas by means of concise (clear, correct and timely) discussion with coworkers, customers, suppliers, etc.
  • Hearing Perception - Ability to recognize information at normal spoken levels and/or ability to receive detailed information through oral communications and/or make fine distinctions in sound.
  • Sensory Utilization - Prepare and analyze written or computer data.
  • Physical Activities - Required to stand, walk and sit, as well as using hands to pick up, handle or feel objects. May occasionally reach with hands and arms. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Visual Acuity - There are no special vision requirements.
