For our location in Geneva
, we are looking for a Airfreight Forwarder (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Booking with airlines or shipping-lines
• Establishment of transport documents (AWB, manifest, labels)
• Prepare claims and quotations to customer, network
• Arrange pick-up and transportation as per instructions
• Invoicing of file, Monitor Events, archive file
• Daily communication with 4PL

• Good written and verbal communication skills (FR & EN)
• Stress resistant and able to handle emergency
• Detailed knowledge of logistics/ transportation industry and especially Air Freight (IATA, ADR…)
• Excellent knowledge of Incoterms
• Local market knowledge and understanding of customers’ requirements
