What

Will You Be Doing?

The Sr. Manager, Growth & Airport Strategy owns the strategic planning, prioritization, and delivery of Frontier’s airport growth, real‑estate, and infrastructure investment portfolio. The role directly manages a multi‑airport portfolio, guides capital allocation decisions, and drives cross‑functional alignment across Network Planning, Finance, Operations, Government Affairs, Facilities, and Airport Affairs.

The Manager is responsible for delivering measurable growth outcomes, assigned by station annually in partnership with internal stakeholder groups, including capacity expansion, cost optimization, and long‑term real‑estate positioning. The role requires enterprise‑level judgement, independent decision‑making, and end‑to‑end accountability for growth success, risk mitigation, and station financial performance.
