- Analyze and optimize transportation processes for cost efficiency and performance
- Compile and evaluate data from various transportation management systems
- Develop and implement transportation-related databases and KPIs
- Collaborate with carriers and transportation managers to enhance service delivery
- Manage vendor invoices and respond to transportation-related inquiries from internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in transportation or logistics
- Experience in preparing and responding to transportation RFPs and RFQs
- Strong analytical, negotiating, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of automated freight pay processes
- Experience in the courier industry or pool distribution environments
- Familiarity with small package, LTL, and TL transportation
- Strong project management skills and continuous improvement experience
