Location:

Alice, TX.

• Perform work in drill out, flowback, well testing, and rig up/rig down services in oil and gas fracturing operations.
• Tear apart and rebuild hydraulic chokes used in the field and operate this equipment from a command center.
• Diagnose, repair and troubleshoot malfunctions; basic computer knowledge for data entry and field reports.
• Ensure accurate collection and reporting of well production flowrates as per internal and client guidelines.
• Field workload: 75% field, 25% shop.
• Rig up a portable separator and heater; rig up/operate flowback manifold and sand separator; perform related lifting and connections as described.
• Maintain and repair high-pressure components (flowline, hydraulic choke manifolds, sand separators, test separators, flare stacks, safety systems).
• Perform routine choke changes, blowdowns, tank strapping and take pressure readings as directed.
• Operate and monitor hydraulic choke controls within safe parameters of the designated equipment.

• Load/unload field equipment weighing ±70 lbs. to/from a height of 36–60 inches.
• Lift items up to 30–70 lbs and place them on shelves head high.
• Wash all FESCO equipment; clean and sweep shop; turn around equipment for the next job.

• Pass a DOT physical and maintain at least a Class B CDL with an H endorsement.
• Work in all weather conditions and in toxic environments (H2S) with appropriate PPE.
• Work at remote well locations and be able to evacuate in an emergency; use fall protection as required.
• Be mobile for emergencies and perform other duties as assigned; report to the District Manager.
