Position: Airfield Operations Specialist

Type: Full-time contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to airfield operations, ground logistics, and aviation safety.
• Provide detailed feedback and corrections to improve accuracy and real-world operational relevance.
• Ensure AI responses align with FAA/ICAO regulations, safety protocols, and airfield compliance standards.
• Create, validate, and update training content covering runway operations, aircraft movement, weather impacts, and emergency procedures.
• Work with ML engineers and content teams to refine annotation standards and improve data quality.
• Identify outdated practices, incorrect assumptions, and operational inconsistencies in AI-generated material.
• Promote best practices in airfield operations and ground safety across project deliverables.

• Hands‑on experience in airfield operations (e.g., Airfield Operations Specialist, Airport Operations Officer, Ramp Controller, or similar).
• Strong understanding of runway safety, aircraft movement control, and regulatory compliance (FAA/ICAO).
• Familiarity with NOTAMs, ARFF coordination, FOD prevention, airfield inspections, and airport operational systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with strong focus on safety, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, structured review or annotation environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
