We are partnering with a fast-growing, privately owned global logistics provider specialising in time-critical and mission-sensitive freight solutions. With a strong international network and deep multimodal expertise across air, ocean, road and project cargo, the business supports industries where precision, urgency and reliability are non-negotiable.
Do note that the headcount will be based under their agent partner’s office in Singapore (Changi) and remote work is supported.
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Director (based in US), this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of time-sensitive and mission-critical shipments across air, ocean, road and multimodal services, ensuring freight moves efficiently and in line with strict deadlines and SLAs. You will coordinate closely with carriers, global partners and internal teams to secure capacity, optimise routing and proactively resolve potential disruptions, while providing real-time tracking and updates to stakeholders.
The position also involves handling expedited and high-priority freight
, including project and oversized cargo, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting 24/7 operations when urgent shipments require oversight.
The ideal candidate is someone with 5 – 10 years of strong Logistics Operations experience within the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry. You will ideally come with experience managing time-sensitive and critical shipments
, particularly for verticals such as Healthcare, Automotive, and/or Aerospace. You will need to be able to work with urgency and in a fast-paced environment due to nature of the shipments. Familiarity with Cargo Wise or similar TMS platforms for booking & tracking will be preferred.
