**** Your Role:
At the Heart of the Chain
**** Responsibilities:
*** Efficiently plan the routes of delivery drivers with the route planning and optimization software;
* Ensure that routes meet defined criteria and make adjustments if necessary;
* Communicates promptly with the team lead on technical problems or other situations that could cause delays in the optimization schedule;
* Monitor truck departures according to the stations schedule and reports delays or other problems to the team lead;
* Ensure the accuracy of data before, during and after processing according to the respective protocols;
* Perform data cleaning and geolocation of addresses in error status according to the procedure in place;
* Attend daily team meetings and participate in the improvement of the department by pointing out the stakes and difficulties of the optimizations;
* Work in collaboration with team members and provides support when necessary;
* Perform all other responsibilities and/or other related duties as assigned by his immediate supervisor.
** Qualifications
* ** 1 year experience in a data entry role or similar position;
* Bilingual, French and English is an asset
* Must be diligent and punctual;
* Able to work under pressure, independently and efficiently;
* Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail;
* Team player, able to connect with people and work in close collaboration with colleagues;
* Ability to navigate in a changing and fast-growing environment;
* Experience in the field of transportation and logistics is an asset.
* Knowledge of geocoding is an asset;
** Conditions
* ** Night shifts (5:30PM to 3:30AM)
* 4 days per week (10-hour shifts)
* 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role
