0005 Transportation Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Logistics Coordinator to join our growing transportation and freight operations team in Toronto, Ontario.

This hybrid role is ideal for a logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced transportation environment and enjoys coordinating shipments, supporting operational efficiency, communicating with clients and carriers, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

We are looking for a motivated team player with strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in transportation, freight coordination, dispatch support, or logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and monitor daily transportation and freight operations
* Schedule pickups, deliveries, and shipment appointments
* Communicate with drivers, carriers, brokers, customers, and warehouse teams
* Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
* Maintain accurate transportation records, invoices, and shipping documentation
* Assist with route planning and load coordination
* Support dispatch and logistics planning activities
* Resolve shipment delays, delivery issues, and operational concerns in a professional manner
* Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company procedures
* Monitor operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement
* Prepare reports and update logistics databases and systems
* Support customer service and client relationship management activities

Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight coordination, dispatch, or supply chain operations preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
* Experience using logistics, dispatch, or transportation management software is an asset
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
* Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
* Post-secondary education in logistics, business, transportation, or a related field is considered an asset

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year### Benefits
