• ks Independent processing and handling of shipments for pharmaceutical and healthcare shipmen
• ts Written and verbal communication with customers, partners, shipping line and airlin
• es Preparation of transport documents and ensuring that orders are placed for all mode of transpor
• ts Shipment tracking, order entry and invoice preparati
• on Network maintenance in the pharma and healthcare sector and cooperation with scheduling and warehousi
• ng Customer support for enquiries and complain
• ts Close cost control and optimization in compliance with the planning process in the TMS planning syst
• em Preparation of all customs-related documen
• ts Customs clearance of import and export shipments in the EDEC/NCTS system knowledge is an advanta

What We Are Looking

• For Basic training in logistics apprenticeship or equivalent qualificat
• ionA few years of practical experience in international freight forwarding (3
