Salary: CHF 79'000 – CHF 89'000 per year (based on experience)

• Develop economic and efficient transport planning with a team of eight planners, maintaining quality and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate regular exchange with dispatches to ensure smooth, high‑quality route planning.
• Understand internal and external customer needs and work with stakeholders to deliver optimal, cost‑effective solutions.
• Collaborate with transport partners to adjust routes and continuously identify optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate planned route changes with procurement and arrange additional capacity when necessary.
• Act as operational interface, linking all logistics processes from acceptance to delivery.
• Ensure data quality in the transport logistics system, analyse key figures in Power BI and derive profit‑driving actions.

• Completed vocational training with further education in logistics or transport and preferably several years of experience in this field.
• Communicative, decisive and team‑oriented personality who works solution‑focused and reliable.
• Strong customer orientation and high quality standards.
• Can keep overview in demanding situations and demonstrate resilience and structure.
• Willing to work occasional irregular hours for on‑site process analyses.
• Proficient with MS Office and IT systems.
• Excellent written and spoken German; additional national language is an advantage.
