The Role

As a Transport Planner, you'll be responsible for organising daily transport activity, ensuring deliveries are planned efficiently, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain a high level of service.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet are key.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule daily international transport movements
Ensure efficient routing and maximum vehicle utilisation
Liaise with carriers, drivers, and internal teams
Manage and check transport documentation and compliance
Monitor shipments and quickly resolve any issues
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Support ongoing improvements across planning and operations

About You

Experience in transport planning, logistics, or freight operations
Strong organisational and time management skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive and solutions-focused approach
Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
