Job Description

As our new Logistics Intern , you will be supporting daily logistics operations, tracking shipments, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
What you will be doingAs a key part of the Supply Chain & Logistics team, you'll create impact by contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs across our logistics network.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations, tracking shipments and monitoring delivery status to ensure on-time arrivals
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including invoices, shipping documents, and delivery notes
- Analyze logistics data and generate reports on performance metrics, costs, and trends to support decision-making
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to provide shipment updates and resolve operational issues such as delays or discrepancies
- Support process improvement initiatives and participate in logistics planning and scheduling activities
Above all, you are a detail-oriented and analytical individual currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Logistics, with strong organizational skills and a genuine curiosity for how supply chains work.
Requirements- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data handling)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Previous exposure to logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments (academic projects or part-time work)
- Familiarity with ERP or transportation management systems
